The Movement Hub of FSTI Students
The Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Science and Information Technology of the Kalimantan Institute of Technology (BEM FSTI ITK) is an executive body within the Faculty of Science and Information Technology Student Family (KM FSTI ITK) system that functions as the implementer of student activities and the driver of student aspirations in the academic, non-academic, social, and community fields at the faculty level. In addition, BEM FSTI ITK also carries out a coordinating function towards the Study Program Student Association (HIMA) within the FSTI ITK environment.

- Building a systematic, transparent, and adaptive institutional foundation and governance of BEM FSTI ITK as the basis for a professional organization.
- Integrating all elements of FSTI students in harmonious and constructive collaboration to create harmonious synergy of movement.
- Optimizing the role of BEM as a facilitator for the development of student potential, achievements, and welfare in a targeted and sustainable manner.
- Initiate and implement work programs that are relevant and have a real impact on students, the campus environment, and the wider community.
The FSTI Student Executive Board (BEM) logo embodies the spirit of transformation, sustainability, and progressive leadership of FSTI students. This identity reflects the role of students as agents of change, driven by knowledge, upholding integrity, and collaborating to achieve impactful progress. Supported by the color blue, which symbolizes knowledge, innovation, and professionalism, this logo symbolizes FSTI students who are adaptive, visionary, and future-oriented.
Butterfly
The overall shape forms a butterfly as a symbol of metamorphosis and change, representing students as adaptive and transformative agents of change.
Infinity
The two wings that form the infinity symbol symbolize unbroken regeneration, continuous development, and the relay of student leadership in the form of Iron Stock.
Torch
The body and head that form the torch represent the light of knowledge, the spirit of struggle, and leadership that provides direction, in line with the role of students as a Moral Force and Guardian of Values.
Flow & Blue Color
The interconnected flow and the blue color that represents an integrated system, unity, innovation, integrity, and professionalism, reflect the role of students as Social Control who move collaboratively oriented towards changing the impact.
